The
product and services available on the aiptools.com web site
are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Electronic Contracts With respect to orders placed through
the aiptools.com site, Purchaser acknowledges that: (a) placement
of the order through electronic means signifies Purchaser's assent
to place an order with the aiptools.com site that is accepted by
the successful processing by the aiptools.com system of the order;
(b) the typing by Purchaser of his or her name when requested to
do so by the aiptools.com site constitutes a signature to such
contract; and (c) Buyer has the full authority to enter into the
contract for such entity, and such grant of authority was
indicated by Purchaser through placement of an order on the
aiptools.com site.
Shipping - General
Unless otherwise agreed upon all sales are FOB shipping point.
Title to merchandise will transfer to purchaser upon delivery to
the carrier. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground or DHL-Express,
unless otherwise requested by the Purchaser. Purchaser can provide
their chosen carrier account number for direct billing.
Handling and insurance charges will be included in shipping
charge.
Loss or damage in transit is responsibility of purchaser;
aiptools.com will provide information for processing claims
Shipping - Export
Unless otherwise requested by the purchaser all orders will be
shipped by UPS Cheapest Method
Any / all export fees are to be billed to purchaser
Buyer is responsible for any / all import duties and charges in
their own country
Partial Shipment - US Mainland & Export
aiptools.com reserve the right to make partial shipments.
Returns Policy
aiptools.com will accept return goods for exchange / credit as
long as:
1. goods are returned within 30 days of the date of
original shipment.
2. customers has contacted the aiptools.com sales dept.,
and received a return authorization number.
3. the goods are regular catalog items - No special orders
items can be returned.
4. the returned goods are in as new 're-saleable'
condition, properly repackaged, along with all accessories,
certifications and documentation.
5. all freight charges, customs clearance charges, duties
and any other related charges associated with return goods are
paid for by the purchaser. Freight collect shipments will be
refused.
6. all return shipments are received by aiptools.com within
a reasonable time after the authorization date.
Failure to comply to all / any of above may result in exchange
or credit not being allowed
Payment Methods
1. Credit Card
aiptools.com accept VISA and MasterCard credit card payments,
as it is the most convenient means of payment.
Purchaser must provide card number, expiration date and name
of cardholder, as it appears on the card.
2. Open Account
Purchasers with open credit account will have 30 days from the
date of shipment to make payment
Purchases wishing to establish an open credit account must
provide:
(i) their bank information
(ii) at least three credit references from other suppliers (for
similar value of credit)
Shipments cannot be released until the aiptools.com has positive
responses from references.
3. Wire transfer.
Generally prior to shipment (unless purchaser has existing
credit account) .
All costs of wire transfer must be paid by purchaser.
A process Fee of $15 applies unless order value is greater than
$500
4. Irrevocable Letter of Credit For international orders
over the amount of $500 dollars, the aiptools.com business may
require an irrevocable letter of credit drawn on a U.S. Bank. Do
contact our credit dept for more details.
Warranty disclaimer
No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than
expressly set forth herein is made or authorized by aiptools.com.
aiptools.com disclaims any and all liability for product defect
claims.
aiptools.com does not:-
1. express or imply a warranty that any product on the web
site is fit for a particular purpose.
2. manufacture the products or provide the services offered
by the manufacturers.
3. provide any warranty concerning the offered products
and/or services
No Warranties to Consumers
aiptools.com makes no warranties to those defined as consumers in
the Magnuson-Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvement
Act.
Product Information
aiptools.com undertake to keep product
information accurate and up to date but makes no warranties,
expressed or implied to the accuracy of the web site data.
Force Majeure
aiptools.com shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of
performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God,
service interruptions, severe weather conditions, labour
disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war
risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain
permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, or any other
circumstances or causes beyond the control of aiptools.com in the
conduct of its business.
Change of Terms
aiptools.com acceptance of any order is subject to purchaser's
assent to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein, and
purchaser's assent to these terms and conditions shall be presumed
from purchaser's placement of an order using the aiptools.com web
site order system.
Any other terms and conditions are rejected, and no addition or
modification the terms and conditions shall be binding without
aiptools.com prior agreement in writing.
Copyrights and Trademarks
Purchaser acknowledges that they have no right, title or interest
in the copyrights or trademarks in the products, and purchaser
covenants that it will take no action to register or otherwise
interfere with such rights.
Complete Agreement
The terms and conditions in aiptools.com web site, including
forms, acknowledgments, quotations, invoices and sales terms and
conditions, are incorporated herein by reference and constitute
the entire and exclusive agreement between aiptools.com and
purchaser. |
